CONDITIONS OF USE
- To make a purchase, just browse our website and click on any item that you wish to buy and put it into the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping, follow the instructions and complete a few details that will enable us to process your order. We accept credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch), cheques and postal orders. (Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Alle Limited). We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure card details are kept safe and secure. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the appropriate currency. We will dispatch your order as soon as we have received payment.
- If the price of an Allé Limited item is incorrectly shown due to a technical or other error, Allé Limited reserve the right to refuse or correct any order for that item.
- Your use of the Allé Limited website shall be governed by the laws of, and be subject to the exclusive jurusdiction of, the courts of England.
- Colours and markings will vary slightly in jewellery featuring natural materials, semi-precious stones, shells etc.
- The purchase price includes all relevant United Kingdom taxes.
- All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt. We will be happy to issue a refund, or replace the item(s), with the exception of earrings which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- If items are returned in a used condition or are returned for any reason other than a manufacturing fault, we will not provide a replacement or refund and you will be liable for postage and packaging charges for returning the item(s) back to you.
- These are the terms and conditions on which we do business for goods through our website. Your contract with us as a customer does not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are designed to set out clearly your rights and our responsibilities.
- These are the only terms and conditions upon which we agree to contract with you and no alteration of these terms and conditions shall be valid unless previously agreed in writing.
- A contract is formed between us when (and not before) we receive settlement of your payment. You may not cancel or vary your order once it has been accepted.

- If any ordered goods are not readily available to us, we reserve the right to withdraw our acceptance of your order for such goods and to refund in full any payment you have made for them. for the avoidance of doubt, other goods ordered by you will be dispatched in the normal way.
- We warrant that, at the time of delivery, the ordered goods will, subject as hereinafter provided, correspond with the description on this website, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be of satisfactory quality (within the meaning of the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994). There may, however, be minor variations between the goods as shown or described on our website and those dispatched.
- Any claim by you that any product is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us by telephone, email or letter within 7 days from the date of delivery or, where this was not apparent on reasonable inspection, within 7 days after discovery or 30 days after dispatch by us, whichever is the earlier. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect.
- We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our approval.
- If you make a valid claim, we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods, but we shall have no further liability for such failure or defect. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us.
- We shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law or under these terms and conditions, for any special, indirect or consequential damage.
- We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time but, in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when you placed your order.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforcable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.

The information collected is: a delivery and invoice address, an email address, a phone number, a delivery method and a payment method. Your account information is protected by a password, to which again we have no access. You can make changes to your account details at any time by visiting our account centre at alléBoutique.

PAYMENT
- We accept payment in Pounds Sterling. Prices in other currencies will be converted to Pounds terling during Checkout at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of purchase.
- Your payment options are:
(a) Cheque: Please make all cheques payable to Alle Limited and post to
Alle Ltd, 336 Uxbridge Road, Pinner HA5 4HR, United Kingdom. Please note that goods will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared.
(b) Credit Card: All major Credit Cards are accepted and processed via the HSBC Secure e-Payments Gateway. We have no access whatsoever to your Credit Card details.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
- UK: All purchases will be sent via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. A signature will be required. Stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Normal delivery (2-3 working days) will be free of charge, next day delivery costs £4.95. Please order by midday, Monday to Thursday for next day delivery. We regret we are unable to deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
- Outside the UK: We deliver to all Eurozone and Nordic countries and Switzerland by signed-for airmail. Postage and packaging will be 5.50 GBP and will be sent via Royal Mail Swift Air (usually arrives within 5-7 working days from dispatch date). Stock items will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
- The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the on-line order.
- Time for delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. If we fail to dispatch any ordered goods within 14 days of accepting your order we shall refund in full monies paid in respect of such goods.
- We do not deliver outside the UK, the Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway), Switzerland or the Eurozone countries (Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Vatican).
RETURNS
- For hygiene reasons we regret that are unable to accept any returns on Jewellery.
- Allé Boutique aims to satisfy its customers and provide quality goods and a service which we feel they deserve. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please notify us within 48 hours on receipt of goods if you are not satisfied. Once we have received the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price or if you prefer, a replacement item.
- The item being returned will only be accepted in its original, unused, unworn condition (and box, where applicable). Please ensure you pack the goods carefully and use the original packaging if possible.
- Although our items are checked before dispatch, if your order is received damaged/broken please notify us by e-mail within 24 hours upon receipt.
- Keep a copy of your receipt. You may need to show proof of purchase if it becomes necessary for you to return any item(s).
