What size should I order?
Where the maker publishes a measurement chart, it is on the product page, for every size the chart covers, in inches and centimeters. For every other item, we list the sizes we stock, and every measurement you see comes from the maker. Between sizes? Email info@alleboutique.com with your usual size and we will share what we know about the fit.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery takes 5–10 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with tracking, on any order value. We ship exclusively to United States addresses.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Send items back unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the packaging they arrived in. Email info@alleboutique.com with your order number to start. See our Returns and Refund Policy.
How do you handle a wrong or damaged item?
Email info@alleboutique.com with the order number, plus a photo if an item arrived damaged. Wrong item, damaged item, faulty item: we replace it or refund it in full, and the return is on us.
