Can I return my hooded blanket?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unworn, unwashed, and has its tags and original packaging. Email info@alleboutique.com with your order number to start. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

How long does delivery take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days and delivery takes 5–10 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. Orders placed before 5:00 PM (ET) on a business day begin processing the same day. See our Shipping Policy.

Something is wrong with my order — what now?

Email info@alleboutique.com with your order number, and a photo if the item arrived damaged. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we send a free replacement or a full refund, and you pay nothing to return it.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States, with tracking, and there is no minimum order value. We ship to United States addresses only.
