What size should I order?
Where the maker publishes a measurement chart, it is on the product page, for every size the chart covers, in inches and centimeters. Where there is no chart, we list the sizes we stock and we do not invent measurements. If you are between sizes or not sure, email info@alleboutique.com with your usual size and we will tell you what we know.
How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery takes 5–10 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. See our Shipping Policy.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with tracking and no minimum order value. We ship to United States addresses only.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the packaging they arrived in. Email info@alleboutique.com with your order number to start. See our Returns and Refund Policy.
Something is wrong with my order — what now?
Email info@alleboutique.com with the order number, and a photo if something arrived broken. Wrong item, damaged item, faulty item: we replace it or refund it in full, and the return costs you nothing.
